Start with species and format
Sea moss is a market name, not one precise ingredient. Irish moss commonly refers to Chondrus crispus, while other red seaweeds may also be sold as sea moss. A useful listing names the species instead of asking you to infer it from a color or photograph.
Then identify the form. Raw dried seaweed, powder, gel and capsules require different preparation and use different serving conventions. Compare raw products by species and net weight. Compare capsules by ingredient amount per serving, capsule count and servings per container. Compare gels by ingredient list, net quantity, storage directions and use-by guidance.
