The retailer is running a holiday bundle sale, 25% off all bundles for a limited time with no stated end date, which puts its Best Sellers Bundle at $70.48 against $93.97 for the three bottles bought separately at sale prices. Teas, body butter and raw sea moss are lower-stakes gifts than capsules, which depend on the recipient's thyroid health, pregnancy status and medicines. Its shipping page gives no delivery estimates or holiday cutoff, so order early.
Wellness gifts are easy to get wrong. A tea or a jar of body butter is a low-stakes present. A bottle of sea moss capsules is not, because it carries iodine and depends on the recipient's thyroid health, pregnancy status and medicines. This guide sticks to products from Alkaline Herb Shop, our affiliate retailer, with the prices we checked on November 3, 2026, the shipping and returns terms we could verify, and the math on the retailer's current holiday bundle sale. Black Friday is November 27 and Cyber Monday is November 30, 2026. We have not tested any of these products.
Before you give a supplement
If you are giving capsules, give them to someone who asked for them or already takes them. Sea moss is a concentrated source of iodine. NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements says seaweed is one of the best food sources of iodine, that people with autoimmune thyroid disease may have adverse effects at intakes considered safe for the general population, and that iodine supplements can interact with some medicines. The retailer's own raw sea moss listings say the product is not for use during pregnancy or nursing. NCCIH adds that many supplements have not been tested in pregnant or nursing women or in children.
That is why most of this guide is teas, body care and raw sea moss. Our side effects guide explains who should ask a clinician first.
Gift ideas, cheapest first
Prices are the retailer's listing prices on November 3, 2026 and can change. The product cards below the table may show an earlier checked date.
| Gift | Price | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Hibiscus Flower Tea, 24 bags | $15.99 | Caffeine free, one ingredient. The listing says to speak to a doctor before regular use if you take blood pressure medication, and not to use it during pregnancy or nursing. |
| Dandelion Root Tea, 24 bags | $19.99 | 2,000 mg of dandelion root per bag. The listing warns that people allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds or daisies may react, and says not to use it during pregnancy or nursing. |
| Elderberry Tea, 24 bags | $19.99 on sale (regular $27.99) | 2,000 mg of elderberry fruit per bag, caffeine free. One cup a day is about a 24-day supply, per the listing. The sale price may end. |
| Irish Sea Moss Powder, 4 oz | $24.99 | Single ingredient, from Canada per the listing. The recipient will need a way to use it, so include our gel guide. |
| Raw Red Sea Moss, 4 oz | $28.99 | Makes two batches of gel by the retailer's method. Gold is $33.99 and purple and gold $29.99. See our color comparison. |
| Sea Moss Face & Body Butter, 3.53 oz jar | $29.99 | The ingredient list includes lavender essential oil and a preservative, so a patch test is sensible for sensitive skin. For external use. |
| Sea Moss Best Sellers Bundle, three capsule bottles | $70.48 during the holiday bundle sale | Only for someone who already takes sea moss. The math is in the next section. |

Is the holiday bundle sale worth it?
On November 3, 2026 the retailer's site carried a banner reading "Holiday Bundle Sale: 25% off all bundles, for a limited time. Excludes subscriptions." It gives no end date. The Sea Moss Best Sellers Bundle is three 90-capsule bottles, each a 30-serving supply of a different blend. Here is how the price compares with buying the same three bottles separately.
| Item | Regular price | Sale price on its own page |
|---|---|---|
| Sea Moss, Burdock Root & Bladderwrack, 90 count | $39.99 | $33.99 |
| Sea Moss & Elderberry, 90 count | $39.99 | $29.99 |
| Sea Moss & Moringa, 90 count | $39.99 | $29.99 |
| Total of the three | $119.97 | $93.97 |
| Best Sellers Bundle during the holiday bundle sale | Listed as $93.97 | $70.48 |
The bundle's listed price of $93.97 equals the three bottles at their current sale prices, and the holiday sale takes 25% off that to $70.48. That is $23.49 less than buying the three at sale prices and $49.49 less, about 41%, than buying them at regular prices. Across the 90 servings in three bottles, $70.48 works out to about $0.78 a serving, against $1.13 for the burdock blend and $1.00 for each of the other two bought separately at sale prices.
Three cautions apply before you treat that as a bargain. First, it is a limited-time sale with no stated end date, so the price may differ by the time you check. Second, the three formulas differ. The burdock blend prints 285 micrograms of iodine per three-capsule serving, which is 190% of the label's daily value, and the elderberry blend prints 6 micrograms per serving per the retailer's FAQ. We did not find an iodine figure for the moringa blend in the listing text. Third, the bundle only makes sense for someone who would use all three, and who has no reason to avoid iodine. Our capsule comparison shows the iodine on each label.

Shipping and returns for gifts
These are the terms on the retailer's Shipping & Returns page on November 3, 2026. The retailer, not CannaWize, handles orders, shipping and returns.
- Processing: orders process and ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders ship from Illinois.
- Free shipping: orders over $99 within the US ship free. We did not find a shipping cost for smaller orders on that page, and we do not know whether the threshold counts the price before or after a discount, so check at checkout.
- Delivery times and holiday cutoffs: the page gives none. Do not assume a delivery date. Order early and check the estimate at checkout.
- Returns: the retailer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You email within 30 days of receipt, mail back the unused portions at your own expense, and receive a full refund once the product reaches its facility. It does not provide shipping labels, and the page does not mention gift receipts. A recipient may find a return harder than a buyer would.
- International: the retailer ships worldwide, says it pays import duties for a list of countries, and charges a 10% restocking fee on international returns.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday
We can only report what we can see. The retailer's holiday bundle sale was running on November 3, and we found no announced Black Friday or Cyber Monday event. The listings also show "Subscribe and Save 20%" options, for example $12.79 instead of $15.99 on the hibiscus tea. Subscriptions renew on a schedule and the bundle sale excludes them, so we would not use one for a gift. Check the date on this page and the price on the retailer's listing before you buy.
A short checklist for gift buyers
- Ask first if the gift is a capsule, and skip it for anyone pregnant, nursing, on thyroid or blood pressure medicine, or under 18 unless a clinician says yes.
- Read the precautions on the listing. Several of these teas carry them.
- Compare the price on the listing with the price in this guide, and note whether it is a sale price.
- Order early and keep the order email, since returns go through the retailer's email process.
- Include a note on how to use it, such as our sea moss gel method.
