What these figures do and do not show
National survey estimates describe populations, not individual outcomes. Changes can reflect behavior, reporting, survey design, market access, and other factors. State-law counts can obscure major differences in licensing, possession, retail access, local control, and implementation. CannaWize does not combine unlike measures into a proprietary score without publishing the formula and source dates.
